Justine (Hilary Summers), just having graduated from a French finishing school, decides to go live with her rich (Ashley Moore). She is charming and sweet, but her is scandalous and wanton. Justine happens one day to enter her 's bathroom and discovers him with his mistress. This utterly shocks the innocent Justine, and she runs frightened to her bedroom. The image of the sexual encounter burns in her mind, however, and she begins to have lusty sex-filled dreams of her own. For the bulk of the film Justine is a virgin with explicit fantasies. In the end, however, she strategically moves from fantasy to reality.

This is one of the first Sharon Mitchell films. She demonstrated a special talent in this film that sent her on a successful career. It is about a young high school girl that is pressured by her boyfriend to have her first sexual experience. She refuses him, and he decides to break up with her. Then while at home alone, gets in the apartment which she resides, and immediately loves the whole sexual experience. In the end, even telling the rapist, *quot;I want more!!!*quot;. She then goes to her old boyfriend apartment where she finds him in the shower. She gets undressed and hops into the shower with him. She then performs oral sex on him and he, needless to say, enjoys the experience. But after he is finished, she still *quot;wants more*quot;. The rest of the movie is filled with her quest for more sex with several partners, at many different locations, including a subway train, a hospital bed, and even a men's room in a bus depot. She becomes very popular and well documented, even on a TV news program. Other women take up the same type of aggressive action of attacking men. Three girls accost a lone man in an elevator. A burglar breaks into an apartment to perform oral sex on a man, while his wife who has refused his advances earlier, sleeps in their bed. This is just a great light hearted movie that is very enjoyable viewing, filled with casual happy sex, and showing that women can be aggressive when they want to be.

A Climax of Blue Power is an excellent roughie flick as it combines hardcore porn with a storyline that is actually interesting. The story is not exactly Shakespeare, of course, but naturally most people will be tuning in for the porn and the story helps to ensure that it actually has some point, rather than just being a collection of random sex scenes, and that does benefit the film immensely. The film is somewhere between a porn flick, a cop flick and a psycho flick and the lead character is a man named Eddie; a security guard who gets his kicks during his off-hours by posing as a police officer and picking up young prostitutes. After being given a run down of what will happen to them now that they've been caught, Eddie then offers to let the girls go if they'll agree to give him a free ride - which invariably leads to a torrent of abuse for the girls. This goes on for a while until one day, while out and about, Eddie witnesses a woman her husband. This has an effect on the *quot;moral and upstanding*quot; man and after mulling over what to do; he decides to deal out his own punishment...
The film was obviously cheaply made and naturally this has lead to a very gritty and downtrodden atmosphere, which bodes well with the hardcore sex. The sex definitely is hardcore and director Lee Frost (who previously directed odd porno-noir The Pick-Up and dismal Nazisploitation trash Love Camp 7) definitely leaves nothing to the imagination as we get to watch the lead character have his way with various female members of the cast. The sex is gritty just like the atmosphere though it well filmed and largely very erotic also. The acting does leave a lot to be desired, although Jason Carns is thoroughly convincing in the lead role. The film all boils down to the scenes at the end where we get to see the lead have his way with the he witnessed earlier on and these are the best parts of the film. The film takes a bizarre turn and the sex scene towards the end is very brutal. Overall, A Climax of Blue Power certainly wont be everyone's cup of tea; but if you like your rough seventies porn with a story; this is probably one of the better examples. Recommended.
